I hold NADCA certification and specialize in negative-pressure extraction in tight crawl spaces. My left knee clicks when I kneel, which my crew finds hilarious, and I keep a photo on my phone of the worst duct run I’ve ever seen, a 1957 Arcadia home where the flex had collapsed into something resembling a lint sock.

Marcus joined us in 2017 after eight years in commercial HVAC retrofit across Maricopa County. Eli V., Apprentice Technician
Eli came on in 2022 through a trade program at Gateway Community College, where he studied building science before he’d ever touched a duct rod. He runs the Nikro portable HEPA systems on our standard cleanings and is learning to diagnose airflow restrictions using our Abatement Technologies digital manometer, a pressure gauge that measures how hard your blower works to push air through each run. Eli was born in Glendale and still points out every house his grandfather framed in the 1970s when we’re driving between jobs. He asks more questions than some customers do, which is exactly why he’s allowed to work solo on dryer vent cleanings now. His first independent job was a two-story in North Phoenix where the vent termination was buried under roof tiles, and he documented the whole thing without calling for help once.
